Orders and Delivery
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is dispatched. If you have questions about your order status, delivery timeframes, or a shipment that has not arrived, contact our team and we will follow up with our delivery partners on your behalf.

Not sure which product is right for you? Our team has deep technical knowledge across our full range of security hardware, including YubiKeys, Apricorn encrypted drives and SLNT Faraday products. We can help you identify the right solution for your use case, whether you are an individual user or part of a larger organisation.
Warranty and Returns
If you believe your product has a fault or is not performing as expected, please contact us before sending anything back. In most cases we can resolve issues quickly without the need for a return.
